Review: “G Spot Clitoral Sucking Vibrator” by Tracy’s Dog

Tracy’s Dog is an Amazon-based company that sells adult toys. The product for this review is listed as a “g-spot clitoral sucking vibrator” and doesn’t seem to have an official name but it does have three separate functions and sells for under $25 so I was intrigued.

Appearance

This vibrator by Tracy’s Dog has a firm handle with a curved tip for g-spotting and the head doubles as both a clitoral vibrator and air-pulser. The handle has some light texture that provides internal stimulation, which also makes the toy easier to hold. Both the head and the curved end of the handle have some flexibility to them.

The product listing says this toy is 8.5”, but my own measurements show it’s almost 11” in length. It isn’t oversized by any means, but it’s worth noting that this toy may not be as compact as the product page implies. It’s a pretty standard length for a mid-size wand and the size makes it easy to use, even if you have a bit of a belly or short arms.

Material

I’ll preface this by saying that I don’t normally purchase sex toys from Amazon due to the lack of regulation in the market for what is and isn’t real silicone. When I received the vibrator from Tracy’s Dog, I performed a flame-test on the cap that goes over the head of the toy, which is made of the same material as the rest of the vibrator.

According to Dangerous Lilly’s guide on performing the flame test, I have concluded that this is most likely real silicone. To the touch, it feels like I expect silicone to feel. It’s soft and velvety and did not raise any red flags for me. During the flame test, the cap of the vibrator did burn, but that’s expected of silicone as thin as this. It created the pale grey ash that Lilly notes for silicone toys, and did not catch the flame. The material did become sticky when tested but, as Lilly notes, that is possible with real silicone, especially in areas as thin as this was. I’m confident this is real silicone and not a cheap alternative.

Functions

This toy has three functions of varying degrees of effectiveness. The head of the toy can be used for clitoral stimulation, either on its own or with the included silicone cap. In addition, the handle doubles as an internal g-spot vibrator.

Clitoral Vibrator

This toy, as a whole unit, looks like a typical massager wand with a curved handle. If you use it without the air-pulsing cap, it can technically be used in the same manner. However, the appeal of massager wands is usually in their incredible strength and unfortunately with this toy, it doesn’t have the same oomph! as most handheld wands. Instead, what this model has is an area on the head of the toy that uses air flow to lightly “tap” the clitoris. Don’t get me wrong, I can definitely see the appeal of a tapping sensation for some, but for someone with my clit of steel, it just didn’t feel like much of anything. The only way I can see this being useful is if incredibly light and broad sensations are enough for someone to reach orgasm. If you require intense vibration or pinpoint stimulation, this isn’t the feature for you.

Air Pulsing

If you put the included silicone cap over the head of the toy with the hole directly over the portion of the head that does the tapping motion, it turns into an air-pulser. Because the tapping aspect of the toy isn’t very strong, however, the air-pulser has similar problems. I did get more out of this more precise stimulation when compared to the broad light tapping, but unfortunately the strength was still far too low for my standards. In addition to problems with the intensity of this toy, I found both the broad tapping and air-pulsing to be in an awkward position on the toy. It did take some fiddling around with toy positioning and hand placement to get any sensation at all from this toy.

G-Spot Vibrator

After exploring the first two functions, I quickly started losing interest in this toy as someone who needs a lot of power to reach orgasm. I began doubting in its ability to get me off at all. Then I turned on the internal vibrator that makes up the handle of the wand. The vibrations were much stronger than the tapping in the head so I gave it a shot and hoped for the best. To my surprise, it worked!

Swapping sides on the toy meant holding it by the head, which felt kind of ridiculous at first. However, as I started getting used to it, it became much easier.

The firmness of the handle worked well for me. A lot of g-spotting toys have a flexible head to them but I prefer firmness for pressure, personally. While the end of the handle does have some flexibility to it, it’s really only in the very tip, so it worked well for my need for that pressure without making it completely rigid.

Other Features

This toy from Tracy’s Dog is fully waterproof, so you’re able to use it in the shower or bath. It is fully rechargeable with the included USB charging cord. Two hours of charging will get you about an hour and a half of play time.

This toy is compatible with water-based lube only and can be washed by hand with antibacterial soap and warm water. If you’re sharing it between partners, you can sanitize it by soaking in a 10% bleach solution and hand-washing after.

Conclusion

Even though two of the three functions of this toy didn’t end up working for me, I was still pleasantly surprised with how well the g-spot vibrator performed. The g-spotting handle of this toy is the only reason I would use it, but considering the price (under $25), it isn’t too bad.

I would recommend this toy to folks who are new to toys and would like to explore different features of sex toys without investing in several more expensive models, as well as folks who enjoy light, broad sensations. The fact that this toy has three very different features is impressive for this price point. However, if you’re used to powerful wand vibrators or air-pulsers, the intensity of this toy probably won’t impress you.
