Review: Blush Noje Quiver

The Quiver is a pinpoint high-frequency vibrator in Blush’s Noje line of sex toys. It comes with two silicone attachments, but can also be used without either. The Noje Quiver is waterproof, magnetic rechargeable, and has 7 vibrating speeds.

Settings

The Quiver has a power button as well as an up and down button to control the settings. Holding the power button turns it on to the 4th (mid-point) speed and you can use the arrows to increase or decrease the intensity.

Despite having a range of 7 speeds, all of them are pretty high on the scale. If you have a sensitive clit and don’t enjoy direct stimulation, this definitely isn’t the toy for you. That being said, if you can’t get enough of that intensity (like me!), the Quiver delivers some very powerful vibes at a low price point. Compared to other high-frequency vibes like the Zumio X and the JimmyJane Focus, the Quiver delivers comparable strength at a fraction of the cost.

The only difference I’ve found between the Quiver and similar high-frequency vibes is that the Quiver is a touch louder than my Zumio or Focus. My living situation doesn’t require that my toys be whisper-quiet, but I did notice a little more noise than I like with the Quiver. However, it didn’t bother me enough to use it any less and I wouldn’t suggest you invest more money in a quieter toy unless that is a major concern for you.

Attachments

Quiver comes with two attachments, but can be used without either of them. Both attachments are made of silicone and cap onto the tip of the Quiver. I expected the attachments to cover the whole tip of the toy, but they actually only cap onto the rounded end. However, I didn’t have any issues with the attachments coming off, so that was good.

The first attachment, called the “tapper” has some texture grips on it and a curved tip. The product description says this attachment provides a “deeper frequency of vibration,” but I’m not entirely sure what that means.

The Quiver’s second attachment, the “bunny,” allows for less intense stimulation on the clitoris, nipples, or frenulum. People with penises may also find it pleasurable to be teased with the ears wrapped around their penis. Hell, you can use this attachment all over the body if the tickling sensation does it for you.

I wasn’t a fan of either attachment, but that’s really just a personal preference. I prefer direct stimulation with no texture or patterns, so this wasn’t surprising to me. The attachments are nice to keep on hand if you ever feel like switching things up with your Quiver

Care & Cleaning

The Quiver is made of ABS plastic and silicone, meaning it’s non-porous and easy to clean. It also has a magnetic charger so it’s fully waterproof! Hand washing with soap and water will do the trick for solo use but you can also soak the Quiver and its attachments in a 10% bleach solution. Alternatively, you can boil the silicone attachments to sanitize them. For in-depth cleaning recommendations, check out my cleaning, maintenance, and storage guide.

A Note About My Experience

I made the mistake of snapping the tip clean off my Quiver by accidentally putting pressure on the tip while getting out of bed. The break was entirely my mistake and I don’t in any way fault the Quiver. That being said, I found it interesting that the tip is actually in no way connected electronically to the handle. Rather, the point at which the tip connects to the rest of the toy is solid ABS plastic. This meant that I was actually able to pull out some superglue and repair the Quiver. I’m obviously more careful when using it now, but my Quiver still works fine and I’m really glad I didn’t completely break it!

Conclusion

The Quiver is a fantastic toy if strong pinpoint vibration is something you think you’d enjoy. While I wouldn’t recommend this toy to folks with a sensitive clitoris, it’s a great tool to amp up the intensity every now and then. It makes a great toy for forced orgasm scenes as it gets me to orgasm within seconds, but unless that’s something you already know your body is capable of, I can’t promise it would do the same for you. All in all, though, the Quiver has all the things I love about the more expensive Zumio X or JimmyJane Focus at more than half the cost. I highly recommend this toy for folks who are looking for intensity on a budget!
